If you are replacing a damaged bicycle or bicycle gear or just looking to buy a new bike,
I highly recommend Bike n Hike
Bike n’ Hike carries a full line of road and mountain bikes from high end Giant carbon fiber race bikes to moderately priced mountain bikes and hybrids. The owner and operator of Bike n’ Hike is Kevin Chudy. He is a personal friend of mine and an active Cat III and Masters racer. He sponsored me when I used to race bikes and he still sponsors a number of bike racers through the Presto Velo Cycling Team which is now also the bicycleattorney.com cycling team which we sponsor together (along with HUB - Hopworks Urban Brewery). Kevin plays an active role in all of the Bike n’ Hike shops and makes sure every customer has a positive experience.
Go to bikenhike.com to learn more about the bicycles, gear and services they offer as well as any seasonal bicycle promotions / sales. You can also find numerous locations for your Bike n' Hike shopping convenience.
If you are looking for a bike shop outside of Portland, Bike N Hike has multiple locations throughout Oregon in Albany, Beaverton, Corvalis, Hillsboro, and Milwaukie.
Their Youtube.com channel has several videos, and I found all of them very amusing.
The below Bike N Hike commercial is one of my favorites!
If you are out at Oregon bike races of any type, you are likely to see a number of team kits sporting a Bike n Hike sponsor logo - Kevin supports a number of bicycle teams throughout Oregon as well as events like the Bridge Pedal in Portland where you'll likely see their bike repair support station. Kevin has been a big supporter of all Oregon cycling and cyclists also helping newcomers into the love of bikes - e-bikes, Dutch commuters, cruisers.
